Biography:
Kayla is a certified family nurse practitioner born and raised in Wallace, North Carolina. She graduated from James Sprunt Community College in Kenansville, NC with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007. In 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Kayla continued her education and graduated in 2018 with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from East Carolina University. Kayla’s concentrations include pediatric care across the lifespan including well child visits, and family medicine.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Kayla spent 11 years as a neonatal/pediatric nurse. Kayla chose to continue her education to build rapport with patients and follow their care.
In her spare time Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband Chancey, daughter Kate and son Sawyer. Kayla spends most of her spare time in the summer at Surf City enjoying time at the beach with her family.

Biography:
Rebecca Cooper is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine.
​
She is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Studies 2008, graduating cum laude, and Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies 2009.
​
She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
She was born and raised in Endwell, New York where she lived until her early 20’s. Did move to Delaware where she met and later married her husband in 1994. She and her husband have raised three wonderful children; two sons and a daughter who also live in North Carolina.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, camping, crafts, shopping, and traveling up North to spend time with her family.

Rebecca believes in providing compassionate evidenced based care to her patients. Goal is to involve and motivate patients to engage in healthy lifestyle changes to optimize their overall health.
